Hey kids, it’s the Bust again. I asked my friend Tone if he wouldn’t mind giving you all some health tips that now me and boys have strictly adopted into our own diet. Once again, public schools fail to keep our kids healthy, forcing them to eat garbage day and day out. You are free to eat whatever you want, but don’t force my kids to have to eat what you want them to eat. You don’t have to listen to Tone’s health tips, and if you chose not to, I’d respect that, because that means you made a choice instilled in freedom.

Tone's Health Corner

Hey, whats up? My name is Tone and I'm here to spread the word about how to keep you kids in good health! Now, I know you're sitting there thinking “Hey, I'm young, I don't need to keep my body healthy” well I have some news for you. If you don't take care of yourself now you will VERY much regret it when you're older. Plus feeling healthy is a lot of fun and I know we all love to have some fun right? Anyways, in this article I will start by briefly discussing 2 topics. Vitamins and Diet.


Now, I cant stress this enough. VITAMINS ARE VERY IMPORTANT! They help your mind, your body, and even your skin look and run the best it can. I take a good multivitamin and it really improves my day. First suggestion I'll give is don't get caught up in the hype and advertising around some multivitamins. All multivitamin are equally as good. So no need to pay for any expensive ones. Me? I get mine from the dollar store and they are great. And always remember when it comes to multivitamins the more the better. My multivitamin suggests I take 2 a day but I go the extra mile and take 11. There is nothing more important than giving your body the fuel it needs to run efficiently! Vitamins are also the perfect meal replacement. I take mine in the morning on an empty stomach so that way it replaces the need to need to make breakfast. Even in the evening if I just don't feel like cooking I just take 11 more and call it a night. Okay so I'm sure I've bored you enough on this so lets move on haha.


Now were on a topic that is very personal to me.

I have struggled with weight my entire life. Even when I was 13 like you I was struggling with obesity. As I've gotten older, I've learned how to control my weight in a ways that I really wish I knew about when I was younger. At some point I was 400 pounds. Yeah, I know, heavy right? Thanks to these dieting techniques I am now 355 pounds and I want to share these with you.

Cabbage Soup Diet. The diet is in the name. Eat nothing but homemade cabbage soup. Again, I know what you're thinking. Only cabbage soup? Won't I get tired of it?! Well, If you're overweight this works wonders. The beauty of cabbage is, if eaten on a regular basis, it changes the way fat is stored in your body thus meaning the pounds will melt off. And if you get tired of cabbage one day? Just skip eating that day to reactivate your appetite for the next day. Which brings me to my next diet.

Intermittent fasting

I could make it sound fancy but this diet just means don't eat every day. When you sit down and really think about it what got you into this mess? Yeah, that's right. Food. Using this method you can still eat whatever you want as long as you don't do it daily. When I was on it I would eat once every 3 days. But everyone is on their own journey so its up to you to decide how many days you want to go for. Just remember when you are deciding, you wont lose the weight if you don't make large sacrifices. And now to my last one.

Five Bite Diet

The best thing about this diet is you don't have to cut out your favorite foods. This diet was created by Dr. Alwin Lewis, of Burbank, California. It is a very simple diet where you can eat all of your favorite foods as long as you don't exceed 10 bites a day. Dr. Lewis suggests 5 bites for lunch and 5 for dinner. And it can literally be 5 bites of anything like a chocolate bar, Ice Cream, Doritos, etc.
